The Banjoes & Bison Tour is a feature experience of the Northern Lights Bluegrass Festival held on the Ness Creek site August 18 & 19. The Banjoes & Bison Tour is a unique ‘Canadian Signature Experience’ where you will have the unbelievable experience of riding or wagoning to bison country to view Canada’s only free ranging herd of wild Plains Bison within their historic  habitat.Guests will gather at the Ness Creek Bluegrass Festival site and ride or wagon to the west side of Prince Albert National Park to view the bison. You will view the herd grazing in a long meadow for an hour or more (depending on weather and herd location).

Following the viewing you will gather for a campfire lunch where you will be entertained by the band ‘Rugged Little Thing’. After lunch, you will return to the festival site drop off.
