Big River Regional Park

With two campgrounds, a nearby grass-green golf course, restaurants, gas stations and other amenities within blocks, the Big River Regional Park is a one-stop camping destination. Both the Cowan Lake Campground and the Community Centre Campground have electric and non-serviced sites. Cowan Lake has great walleye, northern pike and perch fishing, and there are ball diamonds, playgrounds and sand areas nearby. Many towns are near to water, but Big River is the only place where you can fish from a dock on Main Street!
See the Saskatchewan Regional Parks website for further information.

Frountcountry Camping in Prince Albert National Park

Gather with family and friends at one of the lakeside campgrounds or stay closer to town in a fully serviced campground, the choice is yours!

The Anglin Lake Recreation Site in Great Blue Heron Provincial Park is just 30km from the Waskesiu Townsite and 70km north of Prince Albert. It has three campgrounds and borders the Prince Albert National Park, making a large protected area that is great for wildlife watching and outdoor recreation all year.
